A structured, compassionate evaluation of your pet's comfort, happiness, and daily life — designed to help you make informed, loving decisions.
This up-to-1.5-hour online assessment includes a detailed review of your pet's medical history, current symptoms, mobility, appetite, and behavior, followed by a quality-of-life scoring consultation and a customized care plan.
The assessment is conducted over video call, so your pet can stay comfortable at home. If the consultation takes longer than 1.5 hours, an overtime fee of $75 per 30-minute interval applies.
