Dr. Ma founded Compassion Pet Hospice in 2015 with a simple belief: pets facing the end of life deserve to spend their last season in the comfort of home, surrounded by the people who love them. She provides in-home hospice, palliative care, chronic pain management, and gentle euthanasia across the East Bay Area — seeing only 1–2 appointments per day so that no family ever feels rushed.
