Customized in-home care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality time together.
The 2.5-hour initial home consultation includes a review of medical records, quality-of-life evaluation, thorough physical examination, and a customized care plan — followed by two weeks of ongoing support via email, phone calls, or texts as we fine-tune the plan together.
After the initial two weeks, you may continue an active care relationship with ongoing communication for $180/month. Follow-up in-home visits are $500.
Fee: $750 for the initial consultation. An additional $150 applies for evening, weekend, and holiday appointments. Palliative and hospice care are limited to dogs and cats.
